Performance track

Helping teens drive academic performance by learning how to learn.

This coaching track focuses on the skills that sit beneath performance: executive function, metacognition, and self-regulated learning.

When students learn how to plan deliberately, study effectively, and reflect on what is and is not working, effort begins to translate into consistent outcomes.

​

The work is practical and evidence-informed, centred on helping students:

  • Organise workload across subjects

  • Use effective study strategies rather than default habits

  • Manage time and pressure more calmly

  • Adapt their approach as academic demands increase

​

Designed for students navigating demanding academic programs such as HSC, IB, AP, VCE, as well as younger students aiming to develop these skills early for long-term success.

The easy part is studying. The hard part is figuring out how to study. Without Will's support, I'd be completely lost.​

Purpose track

A transformative 12-week program designed to help teens uncover their unique purpose while enhancing self-awareness and wellbeing. Through guided reflection and practical strategies, teens will explore their values, passions, and strengths, and will align these with their goals and future aspiration, which they will build into their own future roadmap.

This program empowers teens to gain clarity, build confidence, and take intentional steps toward leading a fulfilling life.

Will has been a fantastic coach in exploring my interests and possible future careers. He has lessons that get to the point, and explores individual ideas with me. He also introduces fun into each session by exploring and discussing things I’m interested in, and applying it to possible future work and opportunities.
